12th PLYMOUTH DISTRICT: Two face off to face one – Kingston, MA

KINGSTON – Though it may appear by looking at the Democrat and Republican ballots that incumbent state Rep. Tom Calter, D-Kingston, has a clear path to the polls in November, two Republican write-in candidates have emerged to challenge him.

Republican candidates Peter Boncek, of 3 Tree Farm Estates, Kingston, and Bradford Randall, of 39 Winter St., Kingston, are asking that voters write their names on the Republican ballot for Representative in General Court for the 12th Plymouth District. The 12th Plymouth District is made up of the towns of Kingston, Halifax and Plympton, as well as precincts 1, 11 and 13 in Plymouth, Precinct 1 in Duxbury and Precinct 1 in Middleborough.

The State Primary Election will take place next Tuesday, Sept. 9.
